Don't waste your time making any reservations through this company. I was overcharged for a booking and have submitted all documents and screenshots they have requested for this issue. They keep giving me the run around and it has been about two months now with nothing done. Even on the actual booking it says I paid $474 for my $300 booking.... Just terrible customer service so I suggest looking for other options.

I travel for sports internationally. This app lets me pick a good location too train and compete due to it's easy to use map functionality. It also easily lets me select the lodging easily based on price, where I can change the currency as necessary. The best feature, however, is being able to reserve and cancel or change dates with ease and no language barrier. That makes all the difference when it comes to improving the logistics of my sport. Thanks!

The app shows higher price than the website for the same room from my own profile. The website shows a discounted price for the 'pay now' option whereas the app shows the same price with no discounted option for payment. I am currently in Japan now. I just found out about it. I have a feeling I have been paying a higher price for the last few days just because I had been booking through the app.
