這次訂房，在手機上顯示總價沒有含有10%服務費，導致認知誤差，雖然接獲客服聯繫在訂購流程中已經提醒，但因為過往訂購的飯店都無加上服務費，剛好遇到需要服務費的飯店的時候，反而總額顯示上，沒有直接把服務費費用加到總額，容易造成誤會，強烈建議修正整個訂購流程，應該顯示總價且含各項費用，以免客戶疏忽而造成誤會，補給一顆星，給客服回覆，如果修正問題後，在補回兩顆星~ 2024/04/17 修正留言

會員等級歸零，系統突然登出，再次登錄就發現會員等級被降低至沒有等級，系統內也沒有可反應的管道，客服中心像鬼打牆般的一直無法申訴，也沒有跟系統設定有關的選項，只能在這個評論中反應，希望系統盡快改善處理

個app不停鎖我帳戶，每次登入都話錯然後即刻封鎖，要email連結reset password。改好之後登入仍話錯，又要reset，無限輪迴。同一個密碼能在網頁登入，試一試用app又彈走，再次去輪迴。想點？！
