Good for offers, not for shopping I like being able to load offers to my advantage card, much better. However this app doesn't let you join or manage the Boots Parenting Club (for which there is no separate app) and the shopping section is super buggy and doesn't automatically link to your account. Definitely room for improvement and is nothing more than a points monitoring app, really.
Could be better Only useful for seeing any extra offers. When I loaded the 'birthday month' offer, it worked the first time after and only the first time. So pretty disapointed. What happened to the rest of the month? Used to actually work the whole entire month when the paper coupon used to be sent out. The app doesn't seem that useful at the moment. Please improve the validity of the coupons once loaded on to the card.
Not working on 4g Love this app and points are still being added but app doesn't load after initial Boots logo has gone. So am screen shotting my offers so I can see what I've got. Such a shame. Works ok on wifi. UPDATE. 27.07.16 Still not working on 4G. Fine on wifi and for the first time an offer didn't work. I clicked on the 100 points with any lipstick or mascara, purchased a mascara but didn't get the points. UPDATE 26.08.16. App still not working on 4G/3G. Only wifi. Have deleted and reinstalled but no change
Double rewards Love the app and now with parenting club I get so many offers. I use my coupon the other day for 25% off bottles and because I click on rhe same app offer I ended up getting 50% off a bottle. Same happen on bath products for baby had a double amount come off. Only thing now is I can't get into the app to look at offers might be a technical hitch with system normanlly works perfectly
Poor shopping app Just loaded to do a quick bit of shopping for some maternity items I need. Loaded card details fine and told me my points, Searches fine but seems to crash any time I try to add anything to my basket. So far haven't managed to add anything so will need to go to main website, which defeats point of having the app!
Frustrating - use the website The app consistently doesn't load images (including on the menu), back button goes to the main menu not just out of the item you're viewing. At checkout login is requested again and then password refused several times before working. Just frustrating design. And why is an advert for the app displayed in the app?
