Ratings and reviews

Good app, let's me know how much I have to spend in Boots stored and how many points I have. The app easily scans in stores. I can just add the offers which are relevant to me. Four stars because all offers are not relevant to what I purchase. This app gets stuck on pages when I activate offers. When I press the 'Shop' button, I enter filters which does not work. The blue circle just keeps rotating and will not open any other pages. It is as though the page is firmly at a standstill.

I find this app so frustrating. If I dont use the the app regularly I have to re enter my details. it then doesn't recognize my password. 3 times now I have had to re register and start a new card. so I lose my points and have to start again. there are lots of products in store which cost more if you dont have a points card. Boots you are pants!

Editing my review, previously about using the search bar and being asked to sign in. My issue now is how difficult it is to leave a review! I just submitted two reviews and it was a pain. The text doesn't keep up with my typing speed and keeps jumping back randomly. If I try to delete a word the line disappears and I had to keep tapping to find where it had gone again. The text box is also tiny making it hard to read your whole review.
