"Sorry, technical glitch" forever! Can't get in to use the app, either on android or IPhone so now I can't claim my double points for my birthday this month. Don't use your customers as beta testers, put out a working app please!
Great if it would actually work I loaded the 10% off when you spend £10 or more on haircare, went shopping afterwards, did not get offer as was not loaded on my card. I checked on the app again, it says loaded on the card. Enjoyed the card stations so much more in store. Since the app is out, I am more out of Boots as well.
Date of birth Logged in store as wanted to see if any vouchers, date of birth on mobile starts as if your born today!!!! Had to scroll through 46 years no drop down. Awful waste of time, easy fix Boots
Does not work Very unresponsive, find myself having to double tap to get through to offers, if they load at all. Shame as i used to shop more at boots when the app worked and back when offers were accessible through machines in store. Means not getting the most out of my advantage card.
Very slow This is a very slow app. It would be quicker for me to visit a Boots store. Nothing flows right, if you click back if takes you completely away from everything you are looking at and have to start again. I keep reinstalling hoping it has been improved but unfortunately no such luck yet. It could be brilliant if Boots could get the app right, I'd use it all the time.
Slow and glitchy. Entering your date of birth is farcical. The iOS version is so much better. The app as a whole is slow. There is no error message with the DOB; you just have to scroll through the whole year, every month to get to the desired year.
