Its quite a good app but 2 things I'd draw your attention to. 1, the 'just for you' special offers seem to be almost entirely female beauty products. I'm not female. 2, it would be helpful to be able to view my purchasing history on the app. Sometimes when I'm shopping to replace something I see 2 or 3 very similar products and can't remember which exact one I bought last time. It would help if I could check.

Everytime I try to purchase on this app, it takes my money but doesn't confirm my order, I've tried this with klarna, debit card and PayPal....same results every time. I then have to wait for money to go back into my bank, and go on a laptop to complete my purchase. This has been going on for months, and you've lost a few sales from me due to this, and equally as frustrating, I've lost out on some good deals as a result. Very unhappy 🙁

Such a frustrating app to use. Soooo slow to load any pages, and unintuitive on the payments page. And frequently fails to apply the offers loaded from my Advantage card. Update August 2024: Returned to the app expecting improvements. Nope, still awful. Buggy to the point it's unusable. Can't add items to your cart, search is glacially slow, pages take an age to open.
