Bo-rrow reusable takeout containers or cups FOR FREE with your Bo account at your favorite participating restaurant & RETURN them to a network of return sites!

To Bo-rrow:
Sign up for a Bo ID & request reusable Bo packaging for your takeout or food delivery. Each of our takeout containers have a unique QR code that the merchant will scan into your account when they receive your request with a Bo ID number (either verbally by phone or written in the comments section of a food delivery platform).

You have 14-days of free borrow period; you can keep the containers past the deadline & your account will be debited for the purchase.

To return:
Using the return function, locate a self-service return bin, click on the Return function & scan the QR code on the bin before scanning each container or cup to be returned. Click confirm & our team will be notified to retrieve & validate the return for washing & delivery back to our merchants.
