sometimes you don't receive points even after survey completion! the page hangs and it shows bundle complete but it doesn't go further! happening quite often

Used this app for a couple of years, and it was good, but since December 23, I have been unable to log in as it uses a phone number, and no code is then sent. Multiple emails were sent to the support email team with the last 2 emails getting no response. Good app when working, but poor customer service.

Bad customer service. No notifications about issues until I contacted them.
