I wish I could give them a higher rating but I constantly have issues and the customer service is awful!! takes ages to reply and very passive aggressive with no flexibility while I have to find solutions for the problems instead. The coupons never work for anything, what's the point of signing up for email and via phone at that point? I've never had this much of problems in any other store like Miniso

I've never had issues before but for some reason when I try to add an item to cart it keeps saying invalid login and that the password is case sensitive which makes no sense since all I'm doing is trying to add item to cart. I even checked that I was already logged into my account. How frustrating.

Frustrating app. The shipping dates are NEVER accurate. There isn't any way to track your order either. One order still says "in progress" after I had received an email saying it shipped. Item says ready for store pickup in 3-4 hours, takes 3-4 weeks. Have had items returned because I was never notified that they had arrived in the store ! Favorite store.. horrible app!!
