I've used this app for years. unfortunately after a recent update they seem to have slowed down the app. either due to unnecessary api calls or because I haven't paid for the app. regardless, I'll have to start looking for other apps because taking 30 seconds to open a cached routine is absurd... on top of that, every press I make takes 2 full seconds to register so I end up pressing twice when I'm frustrated. thanks anyway for the hard work.

A nice all-in-one app that I genuinely enjoyed using. The only issue I've been dealing with for months now is how I paid for a year of premium back in March 2023 and as of December it no longer shows premium on my account. Trying to get support for the issue has been slow and nothing has been fixed after emailing back and forth since Jan 20th. I can't recommend paying for premium on this app anymore.

I learned about this app from Reddit. I'm not a common user of Reddit but I know it's a place you can go to talk to real people. I've found that trying to Google workout programs is almost hopeless. the internet is just full of advertisements now and it's hard to find good information. This app was created by a Reddit user who saw the issue and I have to say it's one of the most well designed workout apps I've ever downloaded. Easy to understand interface and lots of options for anyone.
