The app is full of bugs. The loading screen appears most of the time. Also, each loading takes at least two to three minutes. It took 30 minutes to finish a standard transaction to BKash. Even though Bkask texted me about the deposit money first, the app continues to display the annoying loading screen and takes an additional three minutes to complete. It is really annoying. You may say my internet is slow but that is not the case , I Switched between my wifi and mobile data same results.

I am experiencing excellent banking services with BRAC Bank. ❤️ The app is very laggy, so please fix it as soon as possible. Please add a feature to enable or disable foreign transactions for debit cards directly through the app. Additionally, some features need better reorganization for improved usability. Desco prepaid bill pay feature is missing. Thanks . i will give 5 stars if they fix these issues . Thanks

i am unable to use the app after updating the app, i use multiple banking apps, this is the only one that i am getting issues in, whenever i open the application, it displays that "Device is rooted" whereas my device is not, i have complained on the helpline also at one of the branches, still i couldn't find any solution, i just hope that they can fix it as early as possible, thank you
