DL'd this app months ago, didn't work at all, couldn't select store or see menus or anything. gave it a while hoping they'd fix it, but it's been months, no updates, no fix. UPDATE: 6 months later and it's still worthless. UPDATE 2: Another 8 months later, and now it won't even let me log in. Says I don't have Internet, which is obviously not true if I'm able to leave this review... still worthless...

I'm not sure what Braums was or is trying to accomplish here with this app, but it is sorely lacking and falls short. Apparently, this is strictly for grocery ordering, so don't bother to download if you're looking to order food or anything else, which is weird because Braums is known for its Fast Food and Ice Creamery options, not as a grocery store. That being said, at the point of writing this, not even that feature works. It just throws up error messages everywhere no matter what.

You can shop for and have groceries ready for pick-up, but you can't order any shakes/malts, sundaes, or ANYTHING AT ALL from the ice cream/snack bar. You have to go into the store and order it there. No pre-order option available. VERY disappointing. That's the only reason I downloaded the app to begin with. Seems like a horrible business decision to me. 😕
