Ratings and reviews

You can shop for and have groceries ready for pick-up, but you can't order any shakes/malts, sundaes, or ANYTHING AT ALL from the ice cream/snack bar. You have to go into the store and order it there. No pre-order option available. VERY disappointing. That's the only reason I downloaded the app to begin with. Seems like a horrible business decision to me. 😕

I installed this app because every time I visit the grocery section it's usually a long wait before a cashier comes back to ring me up. The options for ice cream and frozen yogurt are very limited. None of the flavors I normally buy are available here. I know, 1st world problems but I just want to grab my stuff and go without standing at an empty register for 10-15 minutes.

Absolutely useless. The app itself is fine, but the pickup experience is horrendous. 3 times I've ordered and gone to pick up, only to sit there for extremely long times before having to go in to the store and get the order myself. Currently, it has been almost 30 minutes since I parked and "checked in" on the app, and haven't seen or heard anything. I will be deleting the app after I finish this review.
