Deceptive loyalty rewards. The app doesn't let me use the discount coupons I redeemed. If I can't use the coupon, why did it take my points and allow me to get the coupon? Nowhere in the FAQ or app information does it say when coupons are restricted. They stole my points and money. Update: customer service didn't contact me until I made another complaint. And instead of fixing it, the woman lied and said there was a technical error and that I am the one who is mistaken. Ha! They steal and lie.

We sincerely apologize for this unfortunate experience, Boyd. We assure you this is not at all the experience we want you to have with Breadfast. Our team has reached out to identify the coupons that had issues and coupons that are available to use, and report the matter to be addressed as soon as possilbe.

The application itself is fine and easy to use and has a variety of options. But unfortunately you can't order most of the time because they're busy, or yoy can prepare an order for tomorrow but with different prices normally higher ones! and the customer service is not helpful at all and they take around an hour to reply with the message that the app gave you in the first place!! Not the worst experience but definitely not what expected.

my feedback regarding the app. Delivery times have become much longer than expected, and reaching customer service is often very difficult. I have also received orders in poor condition more than once despite submitting complaints. In addition, product prices have increased significantly without any noticeable improvement in quality or service. The rewards program is also disappointing, as redeeming gifts now requires far too many points. Overall, the app no longer offers the value it once did.
