Ratings and reviews

Deceptive loyalty rewards. The app doesn't let me use the discount coupons I redeemed. If I can't use the coupon, why did it take my points and allow me to get the coupon? Nowhere in the FAQ or app information does it say when coupons are restricted. They stole my points and money. Update: customer service didn't contact me until I made another complaint. And instead of fixing it, the woman lied and said there was a technical error and that I am the one who is mistaken. Ha! They steal and lie.

When I pay through card, the order is always late, there's items missing and money is either never refunded or refunded late. Also worst customer service ever. They rarely reply to your messages and when they do they never help with anything they just ASSURE you theyre gonna deal with the situation.

If you are in Cairo, you should definitely use Breadfast. Aside from their good delivery service, what I love the most about them is their own products. The feteer is amazing, and also their baked goods, pasteries, chocolate, cheese and coffee are great. You'll find most of what you would need at home. With good deals and delivery times, there isn't really something more you can ask for. I hope they keep up the good work.
