I have been using the app for years, and I love how the team value the customers through customer support. My issue with the app, though, especially lately, has been related to lagging either while loading the products or during the payment process, using a card. It keeps on loading forever, which is very frustrating, especially when it ends with either the order not being processed, or with the money being withdrawn, but the order is not registered. Please, fix those issues.

I have just used the app. It is very laggy whenever u scroll a lot, and the payment experience is very strange. After you check out, it will check ur cart, and if there are missing items, it will let you go back to check your cart again. Even after all of this, after you place your order and it gets canceled from their side, there is nothing to notify you that it was canceled. Hope you fix these issues. Good luck. I am rooting for you.

It became a very bad app to use. They now deliver in 3 hours, which is totally out of place. All other apps deliver in 60 mins or max 70 mins during rush hours i never ever experienced a 3 hours delivery before!!!! That's really disappointing. Iam not using it ever again.

We assure you that we're always working on improving our delivery time so we'd be able to deliver our customers' orders as soon as possible 🙏
