The app looks good and easy to use . However it so annoying the lack of stock and the status of sold out which is availble in alot of products . Even if i add to the cart and proceed to check out . It becomes sold out, which is so frustrating. If went to super market and every time i choose a product then some one catches it before me I will stop going to this super market

They are ok but with zero technical support. My app had a technical issue and everytime I try to make an order it gives an error and for almost one month they can't fix it. Update: The company called but I was unable to reply. They sent a pale message, I tried to request another call through the application, they didn't call till now.

The delivery procedure went smoothly, fast delivery, correct items delivered. Unfortunately, I had a broken item but the customer service response was quick and professional. An agent named "Dina" went the extra mile to solve my problem and achieve customer satisfaction. She thankfully replaced the broken item, sent a generous gift as a compensation & followed up by both chatting & calling which I really appreciate. I surely look forward to ordering again from Breadfast. Thanks
