Very disappointing experience. Money was deducted for an order that failed, items were missing from another order, and customer support was extremely unprofessional and slow. After 4 years as a loyal customer, this is unacceptable. I will never use this application again.

used to be great - used it now after some time away from Cairo, and their customer support is very bad. They finish the conversation after one minute of inactivity, and no understanding of the issue. It's clearly systematic issue from the company, rather than quality of customer service people, since I already talked to several people. old review: 5 stars - Good app, good service.

Not my first bad experience — but definitely my last. One order turned into two days of chaos: late delivery, wrong order, then more wrong/partial deliveries with missing items every time, plus nonstop calls from different agents making me repeat the same story again and again. Endless apologies, zero accountability, no proper resolution — just a complete waste of time and a completely unreliable service.
