Ratings and reviews

This app is not really user friendly but somewhat convoluted and tricky at times to navigate. Basic items like checking balance is okay with no problems but, it is very slow to update after card transactions have taken place. Also, and this is a real NO NO! The Bank asks for your PIN to carry out certain functions. Unbelievable One's PIN is secret and even the bank is NOT entitled to know. Edit. SC has contacted me and asked me to contact them on X or Facebook, neither of which I use.

The app suddenly force-closes and displays an error (Code: #1007 about an outdated version). After driving to the branch, I was told the actual cause is the app now blocking third-party keyboards (Gboard), which I’ve used for years. My issue is not with the policy, but rather the execution. 1. Misleading Error: The error message is misleading forced me to make an unnecessary trip. 2. Zero Communication: There was no in-app warning about this major security change

I was using it when it asked for an update yesterday, and now I can open it on my phone again, and the worst part is that I can conduct transactions. Help me because I've been using it on the same phone for over three years, so why now? I uninstalled and reinstalled it, but the results are the same. Management should address this issue as soon as possible. Hmm, the SC app is becoming unbecoming nowadays.
