BRIDJ is a new way to get around your city. We are on demand public transport, powered by technology that cleverly groups travellers with a similar journey path and dynamically routes the vehicle to reduce overall journey time. We adapt to the way your city moves, instead of the other way around. To get started, download our APP, enter where your trip begins, and where you want to go. If you’re traveling within our service area, we’ll match you up with other users headed in the same direction. We’ll provide you with handy walking directions to your pick up location. Then we’ll drop you off within a short walk of wherever you’re going.

Each ride on BRIDJ costs significantly less than a taxi, and generally a similar price to traditional public transport. Plus, when you ride on BRIDJ you’re always guaranteed a seat and access to on board WiFi, so you can either relax or be productive.

Ratings and reviews

The drivers are fantastic, but the app needs a lot of work. Buses can arrive up to 40 minutes after scheduled departure time in areas with no other public transport options, if it arrives at all. When the operator cancels a confirmed trip, there is no warning given to the passenger, other than the passenger having to check the app less than 15 minutes before departure time. No alternatives or compensation offered other than "sorry for the frustration."

Used to be reliable, now not so much. Have had issues with routing and traffic. Still a good service as it offers routes not offered by state transportation, but only use it if you have no schedule and lots of free time. You're often made to wait up to 15-30 minutes with the "ETA" being updated only when you're already at the bus stop and waiting and waiting and waiting.

There are some very annoying bugs related to routing. The app will not show sometimes that a minibus is available on 'leave now', but if it shows if we select the current time on 'leave later'. Also, the app will not reocngise an available next trip even when I can clearly see a parked minibus outside the train station.
