Great app lately I haven't been getting notifications but it could be something with my phone settings. One issue is I'm trying to reply to a message but the menu on my phone is covering up the little arrow. I closed and reopened the app and now the arrow is not responding when I tap it. Please fix this

love this app to speak to my loved one. but as of late it has been extremely difficult to log in. it keeps telling me that I need a connection to a network / wifi connection. it dont matter where I'm at or what kind of connection I'm connected to. I get this notice ALOT! idk if there is a bug in the system, but it would be greatly appreciated if this would get fixed ASAP please. I have even tried multiple times, un-installing, then re-installing. still the same message

The app has always been reliable, except for now after this last update. Now I open it and it just gives me the blue screen that says the logo with the loading circle and it doesn't load/open. I've cleared the cache, force closed, uninstalled and reinstalled, restarted both the app and my phone, nothing. It's the latest version so it's a real bummer it's not working now.
