The app was so-so to begin with. Sometimes it won't sync. Sometimes it disconnects from Strava and won't transfer data. The worst part is suddenly the app seems to toggle between being connected to the device and then suddenly not recognizing the device is powered on. It toggles between those two states making it impossible to load your ride data to the app. Hopefully the developer will fix this bug.

Like the new UI. Hope the finish with the update soon because I'm unable to plan bike routes from the app. Also, I would like to see a place where you can take notes about your ride so you can document things you experienced on your ride. I noticed when looking at individual laps, it has Km/h instead of mph when I have it set to imperial.

Update 9-26-20: I reached out to Bryton support and they recommended doing a data reset on my device. It appears to have worked. I'm bringing my review up from 1 star to 3 since the main issue was resolved. However, the app still could use a lot of work. It often gets stuck on certain screens, so I have to quit the app completely and restart it to try again. But I am glad the syncing issue has been resolved. ------- I absolutely love my Bryton Rider 420 bike computer, but the app is extremely disappointing. Syncing recorded rides and routes completely stopped working from within the app. I used to be able to sync everything just fine for the first few rides, but now it no longer works. I've tried deleting the app data and cache, uninstalling and reinstalling.. nothing works. It's so strange because the app still connects to my device. I can modify data pages and see the device is connected, but nothing syncs anymore. Previously, I would be able to sync everything from the device to the Bryton app and then the app would sync my data to Strava. But now, I have to manually upload my ride data to Strava by connecting my device to a computer and uploading it via the Strava website.
