This used to be a very nice app. But they changed it a couple years ago and although they say they offer the option to look up your service record and imported per each vehicle you have. That function no longer works. It's one of the main reasons that I used Tires Plus because of the excellent access to my service records. I called Tires Plus and they have absolutely no solution because they have no tech department. It doesn't work online either. I can't tell you how disappointed I am over this.

This review is of the app not my Tires Plus shop visits. I expected the app to update with my vehicle services, but I'm not finding that to be the case. Unless there is a few days' delay in information updating I don't see it in my app. Am I missing something? User error?

This App is useless. I made an appointment and chose a tire. when I got there they said they don't get any details from the app. so the didn't have the tire I wanted. the next cheapest tire to the tire I wanted was $70 more. Rediculous!
