It's a good app but the UI is too old The Old school and mundane try making it more new age and smooth it's laggy sometimes and the trailer viewing and add movie release reminder for people who are looking forward to a specific movie try making it a social app just for movies and tracking the movie going experience this would allow you guys to get a larger audience base for re targeting the user and improve the movie going experience alive.

I booked live concert which was showing filling fast after around 2 months I see it is still showing as filling fast and the price is reduced by 42% I booked 2 general ticket at 7k now the General Duo is 4k, they lied by showing they are selling fast but redused price later as they were infact not selling fast. Very Cheap Tactic, lost my trust forever.

Installed the app only for the offers. None of the offers can be availed smoothly. After all validations of the card number, it just fails with some random error. Customer care is equally useless - they just ask you to email them the screenshot and close the ticket. Absolutely useless!
