Tried to cancel my movie tickets well within the open cancellation window, but the app failed due to a technical glitch. I contacted support immediately, and they explicitly promised they would fix the issue and process my cancellation. Now, they have backtracked, declined the refund, and kept my money. Unacceptable to make customers pay for your own app errors. Avoid.

I'm trying to close my account but can't do so through the website. Your support center states that this is only possible within the app. Although there is an option to do so, clicking on it brings up an error message instead. Essentially, you are preventing users from deleting their accounts.
