Very disappointing experience. I even booked tickets successfully on Thursday using my BookMyShow gift cards, but now the same gift cards suddenly show "Invalid Gift Card." The issue is still not resolved, and customer support has not provided a proper solution. My friend is also facing the same issue, which suggests this is not an isolated case. This has been very frustrating, and I expected much better service from BookMyShow.

Absolutely terrible customer service. I accidentally booked tickets for the wrong cinema, and the tickets were completely unused. I later booked another show at the correct cinema and watched the movie there. I explained everything clearly, but support kept repeating the same policy instead of actually helping. No effort to understand the situation or provide a reasonable one-time solution. Extremely frustrating experience. Very disappointing service and definitely not what I expected.

Very disappointing experience. I booked a ticket and Moneywas deducted from my account, but the ticket was not generated. The issue was clearly not from my side, yet I’m being told that the refund may take 7–8 working days. Why should customers have to wait so long to get their own money back for an issue caused during the booking process? I lost both my time and my money, and now I have to wait days for the refund.
