Very poor experience with the app. The payment methods are unreliable and often cause issues during checkout. On top of that, the convenience fees and taxes charged are extremely high compared to other platforms. Even after paying a premium price for tickets, unnecessary charges are added at the final stage, which feels unfair. The payment process is not smooth, and customer support is not helpful when issues occur. Use "DISTRICT" app instead by Zomato to book th tickets which is far better

I am extremely disappointed with BookMyShow’s customer care service. I have been trying to contact the support team for the last 15 minutes, but there is absolutely no response. It feels like there is no customer care team at all. When customers face issues, the least we expect is timely assistance, but BookMyShow has completely failed to provide even basic support. This kind of service is highly unprofessional and unacceptable.

extremely horrible booking experience. first they say they have card offers. Then every card is not applicable, then if one card is applicable, you can enter the card number only once. then you look for your card in the list of 100 plus card offers. when you finally find something, it takes you to next screen just to say that tickets are no more available. utter disgrace
