This app is a complete mess. Shows tickets as available, but when you try to book, nothing goes through. Total waste of time. Third grade performance. Not reliable at all. I am not impressed. Uninstalling it right away. Even IRCTC works better than this. You seriously need to hire skilled engineers and fix your system. It clearly cannot handle the load. Scale your infrastructure properly instead of frustrating users.

I had a very disappointing experience with this app. I had booked a Holi event specifically because it mentioned pool facilities, and the ticket price was higher for that reason. However, at the last moment the venue was changed and there was no pool facility available. When I requested a refund due to this major change, it was denied and the support team was uncooperative. This felt extremely misleading and unprofessional. Overall, a very poor experience.

One of the worst booking apps I've ever used. I booked a ticket for dhurandar.. they took the money and didn't even give me the ticket. their customer support was telling me to book again it must be a glitch.. but guess what I booked again and still i couldn't get the ticket... so I wasted 1k for absolutely nothing. Thank you BookMyShow
