I had a very disappointing experience with this app. I had booked a Holi event specifically because it mentioned pool facilities, and the ticket price was higher for that reason. However, at the last moment the venue was changed and there was no pool facility available. When I requested a refund due to this major change, it was denied and the support team was uncooperative. This felt extremely misleading and unprofessional. Overall, a very poor experience.

I’ve been using BookMyShow for a while, but recently the experience with credit card offers (especially BOGO) has become extremely frustrating. Whenever I try to apply an offer, the app correctly detects my card, applies the discount, and lets me proceed to payment. Even OTP verification goes through without any issue. But right after that, the transaction fails. The same card works perfectly fine if I remove the offer and make a normal payment. Better use district or any other app for booking

Offers are working very rarely. A lot of credit cards will not be applicable also. If somehow you got the offer and applied also they will not allow you to complete the transaction on the first attempt and again if you retry with the same credit card they won't allow. And if you try without applying any offers they will smoothly allow you to complete the transaction.
