This is a lovely app. Simple, fast, user friendly, one stop app. Best part is u can book ur tickets thru reward points, credit card and many other ways. They have good offers too. Their rates are a bit on a higher side, but then don't forget you get ur desired seat, time, without standing in queue. They have covered most of the show, play, events, etc. The movie reviews they offer on their app is also a good idea for the viewers. On the whole a good App.
Great service by BMS. twitter handle responded quickly to my queries. App has never failed me. Checking out the deals used to be confusing a couple of years back but it's easy now. All in all, quite satisfied. As a feature suggestion, I would ask BMS to allow users to rate the cinema experience as well and not just movies. That way people new to the town or those who don't know about good entrants in the cinema space would be able to choose a great cinema experience as well. Think about it.
I have booked using PayPal offer but I didn't get discount, when contacted customer support they are saying i want to update app before booking. In terms and conditions they didn't mention these condition on update app. If this is their way then for what they are keeping terms and conditions .. Some bla bla things in condition and to avail it is different and the customer support is telling this is what paypal is given to us. I don't know how paypal is responsible for BMS app update
Seems to be a good way to book tickets even though the charges are a bit high. In the info about the theater you give the address -food court so on..But of you add some thing/speciality of the theater like Dolby atmos or 70mm /4k etc which will of be use. Atleast u give a filter for atmos theater or notify it next to the theater name...
Sucks, I'm just habituated to booking shows here. The tech sucks, user experience sucks. Gets stuck doing things, can't enter CVV for saved cards. Someone please drive them out of business. They just have early entry advantage, would have to shut shop long back otherwise.
Over pricing App,as it stand, is excellent. But taking per head service charge for EACH individual person is too much. Nowadays i dont use this app for booking ticket, i use it to just check the ticket whether its available or not... In unavoidable circumstance only I book tickets...
