Nothing works, when i ask for help no one knows what to do, nothing more frustrating than being ping ponged from one clueless person to another. the chat is very annoying always gets cut off. no track record or history always habe to keep repeating everything. verrypooor veryy frustrating

As of the recent update, The QRIS detection got a small improvement. It's good, However the shortcut on the main page (before login) takes longer to scan than when you Login->QRIS Scan manually. It's still good to be used for savings.

slow on response time, transaction receipt takes couple of seconds, open apps takes times to show overall home page. maybe caused by graphics uploading time which slowing down the needs of quicker response and transaction time. Mobile banking apps should be secure, easy to use (not necessarily heavy on graphical stuff), fast response time, and agile (not easily down/inaccessible)
