Idk what kind of problem Jenius has. 2019-2024, the app never upgrades its server or whatever. Being the pioneer isn't enough, Jenius. transaction receipt is the best. user interface is the best. menu is easy to navigate. offer a lot of transaction. bi-fast fee is free. e-card is awesome. replace expired card is fast and free. BUT IT'S NOT ENOUGH IF THE APP IS SLUGGISH. And what do you mean I have to unlink my other connected device and rescan my face to log in to the app on my other phone? :(

it's as laggy as I remember despite using this app since 2019. Could get some work on the notification about important scheduled transaction though (even though you enabled all permission for notification and even going as far as setting it up for priority notification), those are way more effective than a phone call, since you'll likely remember it more. And what's up with changing the due date for my credit card payment? I noticed the date change every couple of months!

Please improve the app, especially the jenius chat feature. The chat crashed numbers of times and i had to re-type what i already type before. Its quite annoying especially when you need to explain your problem to the customer service. But anyway, keep up the good work.
