I've been using this app for over 5 years, and it's only getting worse. Your QRIS scanning feature is completely broken. You place it before the login page, but when you use it, it crashes. The same thing happens when you use it after authentication, there's no guarantee you'll be able to use the feature. Are you really serious about your app? Even after taking admin fees and reducing benefits, your app is becoming trash instead of good.

a really bad experience, not the best app to use for transactions use and i find it really ridiculous that you have to give more than 10k to transfer money and 5x the amount just to send to my e-wallet. the app itself is rather laggy as well and the qr code doesn't even work.

I use Jenius because of a friend's recommendation, but among other mobile banking applications, the Jenius application is the most difficult to use, and now I am unable to log in to check my balance with the message "too many attempts", even though I always log in with my fingerprint, after logging in I will uninstall this application, it's complicated
