Ratings and reviews

When you completed fund transfer, it takes you to home page instead of showing you the transfer receipt. UI responsiveness doesn't seem to change from the last time I reviewed this app. Pop-up for completing transfer only shows up the next time you load the app. Any pop-up seems to be really annoying due to the slow UI. Support chat also don't seem to improve, I still get disconnected when I don't answer quickly, but support agent take forever to answer.

Absolute UI and UX nightmare with poor reachability to CS. Somehow very heavy to run on android even in the latest flagship model. Feels laggy, slow, and unresponsive at times. CS reachability is very bad. System keeps asking every 10 seconds if we're still in the chat EVENTHOUGH i havent left the chat and waiting for the CS' replies.... 100% no

Nothing works, when i ask for help no one knows what to do, nothing more frustrating than being ping ponged from one clueless person to another. the chat is very annoying always gets cut off. no track record or history always habe to keep repeating everything. verrypooor veryy frustrating
