I've been using this app for over 5 years, and it's only getting worse. Your QRIS scanning feature is completely broken. You place it before the login page, but when you use it, it crashes. The same thing happens when you use it after authentication, there's no guarantee you'll be able to use the feature. Are you really serious about your app? Even after taking admin fees and reducing benefits, your app is becoming trash instead of good.

When you completed fund transfer, it takes you to home page instead of showing you the transfer receipt. UI responsiveness doesn't seem to change from the last time I reviewed this app. Pop-up for completing transfer only shows up the next time you load the app. Any pop-up seems to be really annoying due to the slow UI. Support chat also don't seem to improve, I still get disconnected when I don't answer quickly, but support agent take forever to answer.

Too slow. Just to display balance, took more than 5 seconds. And if u think that is normal, probably u need to see ur competitor's apps. I changed device. And this apps keep kicking me out. the customer service is not breathing the product at all. somehow his screen is totally different with mine. and I don't know how he got his screen from. fix your help guide if you cannot do share screen. somehow I cannot assess the level satisfaction after using the customer service.
