Ratings and reviews

This app is absolutely HORRIBLE. I can't click on the links to book a reservation or search for an existing one. When I attempted to enroll in FastBreak, it tells me that I need to accept the terms and conditions, but when I attempt to do so, it says something went wrong. Trying to read the Terms and Conditions is also a nightmare due to the horribly formatted page. If my job didn't INSIST on using Budget for car rentals, I wouldn't even be attempting to use the service at all.

This app and Budget service keeps getting worse. Save yourself the grief and avoid Budget. The car was not ready, the directions were wrong, it took 2 hours to get my Fastbreak car. They charged me for fuel, after I had already filled it up. The car I finally got was from Avis and was not the car I ordered. I am not able to reach any customer service to make corrections.

Advertised Price is a Scam. I reserved in advance a full-size car. When landing and getting to the office the quoted price went from $155 to over $1000, for a Sentra. For this price I want a Range Rover. Briefly leaving us stranded waiting for a taxi. I will not use them anymore. This is a bait and switch operation. Thankfully Enterprise was there to save the day.
