Ratings and reviews

This app is absolutely HORRIBLE. I can't click on the links to book a reservation or search for an existing one. When I attempted to enroll in FastBreak, it tells me that I need to accept the terms and conditions, but when I attempt to do so, it says something went wrong. Trying to read the Terms and Conditions is also a nightmare due to the horribly formatted page. If my job didn't INSIST on using Budget for car rentals, I wouldn't even be attempting to use the service at all.

I am a daily renter as it is all I drive and I've never had any problems that haven't been resolved within 30 minutes. Seriously. Any overcharge or problem I've had, I call budget and it has been resolved and any charge is returned within 30 min. I will forever rent with budget daily as they have done right by me. I do wish they had an exclusive member club or major discount option for loyal clients such as my self. Not to mention I can switch cars whenever I want and every car is current years

This app and Budget service keeps getting worse. Save yourself the grief and avoid Budget. The car was not ready, the directions were wrong, it took 2 hours to get my Fastbreak car. They charged me for fuel, after I had already filled it up. The car I finally got was from Avis and was not the car I ordered. I am not able to reach any customer service to make corrections.
