Uodate: the issues have onky gotten worse, it does not sync and continues synching. The worst app, I can't send notifications to residents during an emergency. very frustrating ‼️ The app gives you limited abilities to send out messages, work orders. BuildingLink as a whole is declining. Continued issues with Residential package communication. Emergency Broadcasts issues... lack of customer service support...the list goes on.

The app works very well, the only thing keeping it from being a 5 star is the inability to open multiple items and close multiple items ESPECIALLY with signatures. Having people sign each one individually as per the desktop version can all be signed out at once. I really hope this can be implemented soon. I would take back my score of 3 stars.

over the last month the app crashes constantly. I use it as a handyman. it is not just my phone. it is the entire staff. constantly logs you out. doesn't refresh all categories. no longer gives the bubble number of maintenance requests. most of Manhattan runs off building link at the app is consistently glitchy. our Internet service is fine. desktop computers work fine with building link website. the app really needs to be debugged and investigated.
