App doesn't say you can't redeem the free burger for a mobile order (I thought that's the reason the app exists) and one once you click it, it only gives you 1 minute to redeem. I thought I lost it but was sent an email saying I could try again since it saw I didn't redeem it. So I drove 20 minutes to the closest location and when I tried in the store the app said I couldn't try again in the same visit. I explained what happened to the manager but they couldn't help even though I had the code.

Your app is even more glitchy than before!! it's almost impossible to order gluten free buns because the option is only there on some things and certain locations. I have started just calling in my orders again because of how useless this app is. Not to mention it doesn't apply any of your advertised deals like Mondays or lunch bundles but required you to pay head now instead of letting them do it in the store

Too glitchy. Can't cash points cause I'm not "within range of location." Why do I need to be in range earn from my receipt? Also can't redeem points through mobile order. At least if you're going to make the app maybe try a little bit? Or just remove it from the app store since you don't want to maintain it.
