- This is the companion app for sports and equipment. Our healthy users are better wearables for sports enthusiasts. Just got my new Hello kitty smart watch, huge hello kitty fan so this watch is perfect. So far very easy to install and set up my watch. Really love all the features, only issue is I cannot get the weather app on the smart watch to sync with my phone. I'm sure I'll figure it out. This smart watch is much better than my fit bit.

The app won't let me agree to the User Agreement nor the Privacy Policy! There is no continuation on the screen and it's cut off at #2 of the user agreement workout letting me scroll, swipe, or tap out of that screen. I can't go any further. Samsung Galaxy S25+

no matter what I do my watch will not connect to my Bluetooth on my phone it says it's connected and then a message pops up saying that Bluetooth could not be completed and I can't access my messages or my calls through the watch I tried sending a message through the app about the problems I was having and they would not accept message it just kept giving me an x symbol
