- This is the companion app for sports and equipment. Our healthy users are better wearables for sports enthusiasts. Through our device, you can record health data such as daily steps, exercise, health status, exercise, etc., so that you can understand your own situation, and receive call reminders, SMS reminders, sedentary reminders and other important functions and important information through our devices. Ratings and reviews

The app won't let me agree to the User Agreement nor the Privacy Policy! There is no continuation on the screen and it's cut off at #2 of the user agreement workout letting me scroll, swipe, or tap out of that screen. I can't go any further. Samsung Galaxy S25+

I got the Hello Kitty adult watch for Christmas and honestly I wish I got the money instead. It won't access contacts or messages, which I worked around. I could make calls and listen to music, and most of its functions worked. Now I can't do anything. Audio won't even stay on now for me to use as a speaker while I work. I've tried every troubleshooting technique. Waste of time and money!!

no matter what I do my watch will not connect to my Bluetooth on my phone it says it's connected and then a message pops up saying that Bluetooth could not be completed and I can't access my messages or my calls through the watch I tried sending a message through the app about the problems I was having and they would not accept message it just kept giving me an x symbol
