First off I love the music that I can play with this app. Music will make or break my workout. But I can't say enough about the workouts themselves. It builds you up slow enough that you don't get injured but quick enough that you can see improvement right away. Awesome!

Great free couch that tells you when to run and when to walk. I haven't found this even in Nike pro or Runtastic pro even paying.
Great way to build up to running from nothing withoit looking at the dreaded timer. Listen to your own music/podcast and be prompted to jog/walk
