Pretty good for a beginner, before this app i could do 25 pushups, so it's a bit too lenient during the starting weeks but that's why it's good for the complete newbies. Will update the rating as I progress through the apps training regimen Edit :- The gap between week 2 and 3 is too big for beginners. Also the gaps in pushups increases as the weeks progresses which is asking too much from the users if they only did pushups. Fix the gap or extend the training program longer!
This app works great for me to keep doing workouts instead of quitting like usually. It explain how to properly do it and has warming up videos. It said it's okay if you can't finish a day and to repeat it till it's doable so I downloaded their other apps and I'm racing myself for which bodyparts can finish an app first.
This app has been excellent. I'm preparing for the police academy and was having trouble with overstraining my chest when doing push-ups. This has been gradual enough that it hasn't strained my body too much, but helped me gradually build up to much more. I would highly recommend it.
Okay so after some time of using this app I have to say I love it even more than I did when I first started. My only complaint with this series is that you can't sync your progress to Google fit. Adding that would make it perfect!
Really like that u can lock the screen (to save phone battery) and the rest timer keeps counting. I check the next count while I rest/jog in place, bell goes off, do pushups, unlock screen and hit complete, repeat.
No app has ever motivated me to work out like this one. I love how it has the do this many and then break, I feel like I just got a great workout. Amazing app, also downloading the pullup one.
