Great Great app really does work. The only thing I want is a pedometer then it would get 5 stars
Love this app Love this app. I'm on week 4, should be further but shin splints took me out. Love the last minute warning I always push just a little harder! Only downside is I can't get my music to play through it!
I've already seen improvements!!! I just finished with week 3 and I can feel and see the difference in my speed and endurance. In my body? Only very slight changes but I'm also transitioning to a vegan lifestyle so that factors into it. Anyways I've never loved running before this app and honestly now I look forward to running every day! I'm actually sad when I have to give myself rest days because I wanna run more. Today on the end of week three was definitely my hardest day though. I'm really excited for the coming weeks!
Simple This is easy to use and understand. The program is like a stencil that you can lay over your favorite music pr podcast. I've used it with pandora, stitcher and sound cloud with great results. I'm pretty fat and it's eased me into a 5k before so if I can, anyone can! (And remember, running slow is still running!)
Latest version crashes Used to love this App, I was 5 weeks in and now the latest update makes it crash and restart. It is now useless.
Great app, newest update crashes I really like this app, it has been helping me a lot. However the newest update crashes after about 30 seconds. Since the purpose is to time your segments this makes the app useless. Please fix it!
