Love How Easy This Is! I just started using this and I love how easy it is. The voice prompts are great because I crank up my music and the prompts break in to let me know when to switch and I don't have to keep looking at the screen. I'm a few workouts in and so far so good. I haven't noticed any bugs or weirdness and it has worked great for me.
Running starter Great to start back into running. The mild first week pace is enough to make you sweat but not kill you. You can redo the week if necessary but you'll never progress if you Dont Push forward to the next challenge. Still, if you aren't ready, redo the week you are on or like 1 day of week 2, then 1 day of week 1. Good luck couch potatoes!
Easier than it sounds Some weeks sound really tough, but I'm always surprised I can do it! It feels very rewarding and is never to hard to not be fun anymore. Great way to get started!
Almost all good. Only complaints are too many times it wants me to sign up/in. I don't want to share my results. And I hate how it says'you have one minute left' when it's really a minute and a half
Just effing do it! Love the app, gives me a workout goal for each week. The next week always seems impossible but I always push myself and manage to do it. Highly recommend for lazy people like me who lack motivation! 😉
I graduated this! This app is amazing!! I completed the whole thing and it's the best app ever to train you literally from a couch potato to complete a 5K run! I hope this gives you enough motivation to download and use this C25K training program, and I'll share a secret with you... Wanna succeed and complete this? The best this is to be consistent!, try not to skip any workouts and don't do too many in a week, follow the 3 day a week and you're good to go in no time! Best of luck! Start now! You can do it!
