Easy to use and accurate to standard C25K intervals. No crashing/freezing issues. Music from separate Spotify app rather than integrated player which only uses music/playlists saved to phone memory. Paying to unlock distance & calories is very much not worth the money. Standard values regardless of speed or distance actually travelled, so pretty pointless.
Great app, easy to use. It says 'Long Press to save workout' .. when I keep my finger on it... it says I'm going to delete past records so I just cancel request.. am I doing it wrong? Don't want to lose my runs to date.
Very helpful for people just getting into running, as well as for people wanting to get back into running, but just seem to be having trouble committing themselves to it. If this is you, perhaps you trying to bite off a little more than you can Chew right off the bat. If so, C25K is a great app to help you take necessary baby steps to meet your personal fitness goals!!!😆
Nice and easy to follow but would like the choice to play music between pings or some intermittent time notifications during the running sections. Just finished week 2 and am a bit nervous about starting wk3 but I'm ready to give it a go 😃
It has been the only thing that has helped me run and improve my cardio, and I hate running! It was so doable!
Easy to use and hands free other than starting it. In the end of the 2nd week, I think it is increasing my stamina for running..one day this week my phone shut the app off mid-run and I started to wonder after getting a pretty good distance..get my phone out and saw that it had shut it off, but I just kept running back to my car.. impressed myself as before I could not have run that distance (about a mile) non-stop...totally recommend this app!!
