Works well Everything works really well and it's a great app that doesn't nickel and dime you for the main routine. Instead it offers legitimate value adds for a small price. A few nitpicks would be the animated splash screen when opening the app. It needs to go. Just looks tacky. And would like to disable the social media/optional community integrations. Other than that the app at its core is well made and functions perfectly. I tried about a dozen similar apps and this is the best I've found
Great app for a beginning runner Heard about this from a friend and figured that I would give it a try. I exercise rather heavily in general but have always struggled with running due to knee and shin pain. What makes this app great is that it gives you a good plan to gradually increase your intensity which gives your body time to adapt. Also it is a very well made app with a nice UI, tracking, etc.
This app has been amazing! When I first started the C25K program, I wasn't even able to jog 1/4 of a mile. Well as of 07/02/16 I am now jogging 2+ miles without stopping and only have 2 weeks left. I started my journey to a healthier me, on November 1st last year. When I started my journey i was 298lbs. Thanks to keto and C25K I am now at 219lbs and on my way to 100lbs lost.
Nice way to learn to run This app makes it easy to learn to run. The progression is doable even if you aren't in good shape. One thing that would be nice would be the ability to edit the run and walk periods. There were some days where I repeated a workout. It would be nice to be able to track how many times I did that. I have also seen other run/walk progressions in other beginning running programs that I would have liked to try.
Helping me make progress! Works perfectly. Can hear instructions even while listening to music. Daily goals are realistic and attainable. Just when I think I'll give up it's time to go back to walking. Has never crashed or frozen. I'm on my way to my 1st 5k at nearly 50! Thank you for this app!
Great app! I started as a 38 yr old who weighed 288 lbs and have found this app to be perfect for starting a jogging program. I am through the first two weeks and am starting to get feeling so much better! Still a little hard for a guy my size, but I'm rocking it! Thank you C25K for helping me get my fat butt off the couch!
