Ratings and reviews

Several months later i still love the store, its product and its employees. But this review is of the app, not the store. Every thing I complained about regarding the app is the same except one. And it's worse. When ordering online, it used to find your local store. Now you have to go through a long list of locations that aren't sorted in any kind of meaningful way. Great store, lousy app.

App could use work (as mentioned in other reviews, so I won't reiterate what has already been said), and the whole "save time by ordering ahead" is a farce. It takes 20 minutes to get one drink when using the app. Walking in is faster. Perhaps my location is just slow???? Either way, this app is not convenient or useful, so I will go elsewhere for service that is more convenient.

The app is functional but could use a few improvements. I would like a free-text box to be present during the drink modification process. I would like to make notes for the batista about my order. Also drop down boxes for additions like extra sauce/drizzle/seasalt etc. Would like to see a spot under cards/wallet to load all gift cards, instead of doing it at checkout. Be advised, there is a glitch if you use Google pay as your payment preference, it won't let you utilize a giftcard at check out
