App designed JUST for pickup orders, not for in store. There is no option when ordering to enjoy the order in store. If you ORDER in store, there is no provision for using any rewards doubt accrued. There it's also no way to scan ask in store receipt to collect rewards points. You have to go through a 4-step process that involves entering a long, nonsensical order number. It also involves entering the order total, but doesn't warn you to use the total BEFORE a charge card tip. Frustrating.

The app is functional but could use a few improvements. I would like a free-text box to be present during the drink modification process. I would like to make notes for the batista about my order. Also drop down boxes for additions like extra sauce/drizzle/seasalt etc. Would like to see a spot under cards/wallet to load all gift cards, instead of doing it at checkout. Be advised, there is a glitch if you use Google pay as your payment preference, it won't let you utilize a giftcard at check out

Getting an error OR_BIBED_07 and cannot place orders. Happens from different accounts and different phones. Only option for paying listed is G Pay which is also annoying. Also getting random crashes and "we couldn't find a menu for this location" even though it was just there. It also clears your cart and you have to re enter everything.
