First time using this app yesterday. Driver cancelled my ride within minutes. They alleged they couldn't find my house. Well, you're not going to find it in two minutes on the other side of my suburb. Also, they take the fare charge immediately, even if cancelled. I had a $33 PayPal charge on my account for at least one hour before they refunded it, which is outrageous. I ended up having to call an Uber and was late to my destination because of this. Never again!

Dont use this app ... ordered taxi dont come, and take an age to come when called directly. I would not trust this company to get you to your plane on time like i did.. .. don't try to complain either their new automated system will keep you in circles until person answer then hangs up

terrible. pre booked a cab 12 hours in advance and it was never accepted. when I called 13CABs there was no record of the booking even though I had a booking record and it was still visible in the app.
