Ratings and reviews

Currently about to be late to the airport because they couldn't confirm a booking with over 48 hours notice or give actually useful booking info the app, before making me spend 15 mins going around in circles with an AI agent and showing up 30 mins late

Got a cabcharge digital pass from my company with 6 rides. Tried to do the online booking. Kept getting the same "can't book online" error. This is on a Tuesday afternoon. Honestly, it's the worst. Ended up getting an uber.

The 13cabs app is convenient and easy to use for booking rides when needed. It makes arranging transport simple and provides a helpful service for getting around. There’s a little room for improvement, but overall, it’s a useful and reliable app!
