App is very Finicky. Takes a lot of time to understand all its features. However it connected and the camera and feeding works so thats good enough for me. If your having problems connecting to it definitely get your device closer to the feeder.

Every time I open the app, it just gives me an error message and closes itself. It used to work better a while back, but even then the app is pretty basic and terrible at connecting to the feeder.

We do apologize for the issues that you experienced, we did have some issues with one of the recent updates that was causing the App to close right away, but we have since released another update that is working fine now.

I can't open the app, it continues to say if the integrity of the app fails, it will close automatically. It's been like that for 2 days. So, the worst part, my scheduled timers are NOT dispensing food either. So I CAN'T feed my cat manually and it's NOT dispensing automatically. This is crazy and no one cares. I called on Friday and was told IT wouldn't be back until Monday. I called today to see if I could escalate the matter and they're closed. Good to know they're okay with starving our pets
