Security / privacy concerns - The pill dispenser itself seems to work. It was setup by my brother (not easy). I am using the app to remotely monitor from out of state. The app won't work unless I let it sniff for household Bluetooth devices and it requires my "precise" location. A countertop pill dispenser doesn't need either... the device is the product not me, I paid for it. Fix your app. No ads so far so that is a plus.

The app is not accurately calculating the cycle. There is no way to tell it that you have refilled the dispenser. The alarm goes off and it only advances to the first slot because it thinks there are no pills available. I have emailed support and gotten no response. This is useless unless it is fixed.

the pill dispenser is ok, and the app just doesn't work when you try setting the volume to low/mute 99% of the time because you are trying get some frickin sleep and then the only thing you can do is unplug it, which leads to the bigger problem of now the time on the dispenser is incorrect and won't dipence your medication and keeps saying "your phone has been disconnected", "your phone has been connected"
