Security / privacy concerns - The pill dispenser itself seems to work. It was setup by my brother (not easy). I am using the app to remotely monitor from out of state. The app won't work unless I let it sniff for household Bluetooth devices and it requires my "precise" location. A countertop pill dispenser doesn't need either... the device is the product not me, I paid for it. Fix your app. No ads so far so that is a plus.

The app is not accurately calculating the cycle. There is no way to tell it that you have refilled the dispenser. The alarm goes off and it only advances to the first slot because it thinks there are no pills available. I have emailed support and gotten no response. This is useless unless it is fixed.

The point of the app is to control when you are not present. All of the sudden it now quit alerting the alarm. Says connection failure. I had to call my parents to have them check it. It is still plugged in and connected. My Mom has Alzheimers and this is a real delicate that an item that costs so much does not function appropriately!
