Purchased this printer for my 10 year old. The app installed without any issue but when we tried to print a photo, a message appeared that I must install the new firmware update before printing. I tried numerous times to install the firmware update. Even uninstalling and reinstalling the app. But it keeps spinning and spinning until the printer times out and disconnects. We've spent hours with no resolution. Please fix this! Update: tried again a few days later and the firmware update worked!

I cannot connect to my printer. My expensive printer which is perfectly functional but rendered useless by the inability to connect to anything except for maybe once every 50 times I do a cycle of closing and reopening the app, turning the printer on and off. This is in spite of being fully updated and charged. OH, and it disconnects fairly quickly as well, so you better not spend any time editing that image, because your printer will disconnect and shut off before you're done....

Should've looked at reviews before purchasing the printer. I was so excited to get the device and print little pictures and yet the app won't connect to the printer. Hopefully this issue gets fixed soon because now I'm stuck with a device that can't even work:'( EDIT: got it to work apparently you need to have location and bluetooth on. once you get it working its not bad. some prints come out a little fuzzier then I expected but my guess is the lighting used in the picture.
