I love this little printer, but the app could use some work. The paper is reasonably priced, and I can take pictures at work and hang them up right away. I like that it has borders. I just wish that I could edit them. The New Year boarders still have 2024, and it is almost 2026. Most of the borders are really cute, but I don't want the words. I wish I could edit the boarders.

you have to reconnect the printer every time you want to use it, and a lot of the time it won't read the printer. the quality of the photos are NOT great. you have to scroll back down to the photos you want after every print, so if you're printing older pictures, there's going to be so so much scrolling. firmware update froze and I was waiting for it for hours cause it warned not to turn off the printer. eventually gave up and reset, and eventually it worked, but overall such a frustrating time

I just started using my printer and the app. I like it so far. I will update. I'm having difficulty connecting to the printer. initially it worked. Now I have been trying to print for 2 days. I have deleted and reinstalled the app. It keeps saying cannot find 😞its extremely frustrating. I reached out to you tech, because it was showing a Red light. I did a reset, not connecting 😠
