I love this little printer, but the app could use some work. The paper is reasonably priced, and I can take pictures at work and hang them up right away. I like that it has borders. I just wish that I could edit them. The New Year boarders still have 2024, and it is almost 2026. Most of the borders are really cute, but I don't want the words. I wish I could edit the boarders.

when I initially got the sprocket 5 years ago, I gave it 5 stars. now it's been a while and I can confidently say that it was a waste of money. while the printer itself is pretty good, the app is garbage and has been giving me issues for years. I dread using my printer because I don't want to use the app. constantly glitching out and stops working, prints multiple copies even if it's only supposed to make one, freezes up, among so many other issues.

annoying to use. I think they recently got an update. it is always a struggle useing the app for my printer. it cuts off a bit of the edges(so the online to paper size ratio is off) and they used to have an editing option when making a collage but they recently took it away so now all my photos print too dark and I have to edit them with another app outside this one. it's too much of a hassle that I start avoiding using it sometimes. I use this for the sticker printsadding photos to my journal.
