meh. love the option of instantly printing pictures but unfortunately it can't print many pictures before over heating and for 6 months I haven't been able to connect via Bluetooth. My phone says it's connected. the app will say it's connected but then it can't pair. I've done all the on and off, forget and refind, uninstall and reinstall typical things and they just won't link. and now I have all this photo paper that I can't use

The app is functional but flawed. editing a photo in the app does not mean what you think is going to print will actually print. you have to waste a lot of film to try to figure out how to get it printing correctly. photo gallery does not show all of your photos, especially if you edit them before even opening the sprocket app. very frustrating and hoping for a fix of functionality

*"It's been 3 years since my first review, and I think the app got worse.*" The app could do so much more, but it's really annoying. Super slow...can't edit photos within the collage like I would like to, can't find photos easily and quickly, sometimes doesn't even print. This is my 2nd Sprocket, & I love it, but I was hoping for so much more out of the app. There have been some updates over the past 5 years that have helped make it better, but some obvious things that have been overlooked.
