Taking my review down from 4 stars to 2, because lately it randomly spits out an extra photo that I did not tell it to print. The other day I was printing out photos of an event, and it effectively wasted 7 extra sheets of the zink paper. That's almost a whole pack of 10. Please ask the developer to address this bug. It seems to be when it's done printing one batch of photos, and then when I start another batch it kicks out an extra of the last photo from the first batch.

In the meantime, here are a few steps you can take that might help resolve the issue: Reset the printer. Forget the native Bluetooth from the mobile settings

Edit: They listened, reached out, and fixed the issue. Thank you! (Now fixed) In order to use the app, I have to go into my settings, switch my navigation type to "swipe" rather than "buttons" because the app developer put all of the buttons in the app at the bottom. This means that my phone navigation buttons (home button and back buttons) display over the top of the app buttons. I shouldn't have to change my settings to use the app, only to have to change them back after using the app.

Needs an update! There are so many photo apps out there, and this just feels so outdated. There is no guide when resizing a photo. You can't really tell if it's straight and you just have to keep messing with it. The app lags! it's so slow when you want to edit the photo within the app. It's almost not worth it, and you have to go to another app and hope for the best. It's inconvenient. If I could use a different app to use my sprocket printer, I WOULD!
