Ratings and reviews

Not good in collage mode. The top 2 will have 2-3 mm cut off when you print. This happens every time. I mostly use this for printing book covers for my reading journal and the titles get chopped off. I do, on occasion, print family photos and same issue; heads chopped off. The bottom two photos will have a bit missing from the bottom but it's not as bad as the top. I wish now I'd purchased a different Zink printer. If you're reading this, maybe reconsider buying HP.

this app sucks so bad, classic hp. this is why for regular printers I only buy Brother now. the app is slow, takes forever to load pictures and do anything in app. every time you go back a screen it has to reload everything. it doesn't connect to the printer, even tho the printer says its connected to wifi or wifi direct. just another classic hp experience, I cannot wait till a competitor comes out with a better product.

you have to reconnect the printer every time you want to use it, and a lot of the time it won't read the printer. the quality of the photos are NOT great. you have to scroll back down to the photos you want after every print, so if you're printing older pictures, there's going to be so so much scrolling. firmware update froze and I was waiting for it for hours cause it warned not to turn off the printer. eventually gave up and reset, and eventually it worked, but overall such a frustrating time
