App and printer seem extremely fragile in terms of functionality. I give 3 stars because it actually has worked for me, but the app is prone to crashing and most of the time it does not really explain what the problem is. If you use this mini printer and you have a problem, you're going to have to troubleshoot at each step. The device needs a good charge and does not last long, so keep it plugged in. Get the app, update it, try startup steps in a different order, reset if needed, etc.

So disappointing. I was able to print 1 photo. Every time since then once I connect to the printer the app closes out and will not open again. Multiple times I've had to uninstalled and reinstalled the app to get the app to actually open and function...Connect the printer and the app of course completely stops working again.

I bought this printer a year ago and it worked great. Now, all of a sudden, it just doesn't work... It tries to connect to my printer that it's ALREADY connected to?!?!? What gives? I searched and searched for a mini printer that would finally work with Android and it's now garbage like the rest. Seems to be a recurring problem for others as well. Disappointed

We recommend removing the device from your Bluetooth menu, and updating to the latest app release version 30.08 on the Play Store. Try adding it again with the updated app and you should be able to print without an issue. If this persists, email kodak@camarketing.com so we can help. Thank you!
