Would rate higher if it didn't require precise location, notifications on and camera access. I just want to use it to print pics I already took. The Kodak photo printer app doesn't require them and it works perfectly, wish it worked with the step printers. Update The developer responded stating precise location is required to maintain connection with printer but that doesn't make sense because the Kodak app for the Mini 2 Era works without it, they didn't give a reason for the other permissions.

this app has many a bug. it's always yelling at me that I haven't given it the right permissions (I have) and that I'm not using Zink paper (I am). luckily I've found work arounds to make it work, but it's anything but seemless. I do love the ability to edit photos and add frames in the app! it's just gotten more buggy over time

App and printer seem extremely fragile in terms of functionality. I give 3 stars because it actually has worked for me, but the app is prone to crashing and most of the time it does not really explain what the problem is. If you use this mini printer and you have a problem, you're going to have to troubleshoot at each step. The device needs a good charge and does not last long, so keep it plugged in. Get the app, update it, try startup steps in a different order, reset if needed, etc.
