Notice 12 kinds of moments in the free Field Notes, from a seed snack and a wing stretch to sheltering from the rain. A small garden diary keeps your latest observations.
A little make-believe conversation
Type a short message in English or Japanese and enjoy birdlike chirps with a brief reply. You can also turn your words into playful chirping phrases. Replies and captions are make-believe; they do not translate a real bird's thoughts or language.
Keep a moment
Take a picture of the garden and save it to your device for free. Try a close view of your bird or a wider view of its surroundings.
One optional purchase
The free version includes garden play, Field Notes, make-believe conversation, picture taking and saving individual pictures to your device. One purchase adds:
• A name for your bird and welcome greetings when you return after time away.
• An album for up to 24 pictures.
• Garden decoration choices and different water dishes.
There are no ads or subscriptions.
English and Japanese are available in the app. No separate app account is needed. Names, settings, Field Notes and album pictures are saved on this device, with no automatic cloud sync. Clearing app data or uninstalling removes these local saves, so export pictures you want to keep. Restoring a purchase restores paid access, not your saved pictures or bird name.
The garden and replies run on your device. Purchases, restoration and purchase checks require a connection to Google Play. The Android purchase library sends diagnostic information to Google; details are in the privacy policy.
