App useless after update. Barcode doesn't appear anymore to scan so we lose points. App updates should be tested throughly before and after implementation. I already messaged customer support but mentioning it here should be best choice so gorewards can fix issue. I also uninstalled and reinstalled app but still broken. Still not fixed after messaging customer service. How about you guys expedite the issue internally to the appropriate group to fix. Haven't you noticed the bad reviews lately!?

Good to follow points, not good for shopping. Tries to set location and then just sits. No location shown, no timing out. You have an app within and app which requires a separate login? GoCart refuses to change pinned location from Pasig. It asks you to type in your barangay, city and province. You do that, select your location and then nothing happens. Is there supposed to be a 'GO' button to activate? EXTREMELY FRUSTRATING. And you want me to send a separate email? Include that in the app

The app is simply not working. I've been trying to book a flight using my points. It says system maintenance for 3 days now. I uninstalled and reinstalled the app, and now the homepage is just blank. Email support is non existent as well as no one responded aside from the auto generated email sent once I raised a ticket. I tried the go rewards website as well but it's useless too.
