Ratings and reviews

So inconsistent when it comes to earning points. They say it takes up to 24 hours for points to appear but usually its between 72 hours to 3 or 4 weeks for them to appear. You may randomly lose all your points with no explanation or help getting them back. You're also supposed to receive poins on your birthday.... yet mine never appear and have to get someone at the dispensary to manually add them every year. Just very frustrating rewards experience overall.

This app is never correct in adding my points, it's always frozen so u can't do anything but see the points (and the points that don't show up after 24 hours). With the amount of money being made, you would think these big dispensary places would pick an app that's a little more reliable considering the amount of traffic I see alone in the location I go to! What a joke.

I have never been able to see my points. I have spent a lot of cash, especially in the Norfolk store. I don't trust an establishment that has an app that is unusable. I have rarely used my points. One week in late December, I was told that I had $75. The next week, I was told that I had only $20. Also check your product. I was given a fine grind twice that was not ground. I will never go to the Norfolk store again and yall can keep taking my points. Remember we are in the age of truth.
