old school, they asked for password, routing number, the little blue paper...in that way, you don't finish your payment and incurred on a late fee....not a nice thing to do, your app has to be customer friendly, if you use the same account and same info every month , the app job is to save it and make your payment process easier not more difficult. please fix it. thank you

I've had my card for almost 6 months and am pretty happy with it. The App is super easy to use. Update: Reason for choosing this card was because of the credit limit increase after 6 months. I have made my payments on time/before due date and have now made 7 payments with no increase. Not happy! Went from a 5 star to a 3 star review. Update: I have now made a YEARS worth of on-time payments with still no increase to my credit line. Do NOT apply for this card!

Honestly hate this app AND company. App constantly locks you out forcing you to go through the unlocking process which is a joke. You have to enter card information (newsflash, we don't all carry our cards on us at all times), receive a code from them, enter that, and then are forced to reset your password. But it can't be one of your last 10 used. No wonder I can't remember my password! Because I hate logging into your app and how long it takes, I now have a late fee. Will NEVER recommend!
