Please take the "North Lock" off the maps in the vehicles and app. I constantly go right instead of left or left instead of right when walking to a car. Android phones and iphones have sensors and are designed to have the map rotate for ease of use. Your service has become increasingly expensive in the Seattle area. Zipcar is half or 1/3 the price. You should offer discounts for instance at night when you have less customers, where someone could use the car for time blocks at lower prices. From a logistical perspective, I'm sure you have to pay employees and use gas to spread the cars around town -- so you can also offer discounts to customers willing to p/u a car in congested areas and d/o in an area where cars are needed. Thanks.
Main feature works Lately, the radar and reservation functions work fine. But the start rental button still has problems. If you use It you run the risk of not being able to use the card either and therefore having no way to activate the rental. Don't even try it. Just use the card. I'd give it 5 stars if it didn't have the Start Rental button.

Used to be much better ;-( Everytime I go into the app it signs out of my username every time I want to reserve a car I have to sign in again
LG g4 *Never* auto-upgrade, always wait and read reviews for latest version! Good customer service. If there were another provider in the same space I would sign up immediately.
Love this The app works great. And, when it doesn't (or I have a question), support is readily available by phone and very pleasant. Love reserving and unlocking by just using the phone. So much easier than remembering the membership card!
