The Card Premium Bank Account is a checking account established by, and the Premium Visa® Debit card is issued by Pathward®, N.A., Member FDIC, pursuant to a license from Visa U.S.A. Inc, and can be used everywhere Visa debit cards are accepted.

1*. While In-Network ATMs are available for free, certain other transaction fees and costs, terms, and conditions are associated with the use of this Account. The standard Monthly Maintenance Fee is $9.95 and can be waived with a qualifying deposit. See the Demand Deposit Account Agreement for more details.

3***. Faster access to funds is based on a comparison of traditional banking policies and deposit of paper checks from employers and government agencies versus deposits made electronically. Direct Deposit and earlier availability of funds are subject to payer's support of the feature and timing of payer's funding.

4****. The optional Savings Account linked to your CARD Premium Bank Account by Pathward is established by Pathward, N.A., Member FDIC. Interest is calculated on the Daily Balance of the Savings Account and is paid quarterly. The interest rate paid on the entire balance will be 0.0499% with an annual percentage yield (APY) of .05%. The interest rate and APY may change. The APY was accurate as of 08/17/2020. The minimum balance required to open the Savings Account is $10. The minimum daily balance required to obtain the advertised APY is $10. You must receive one (1) payroll or government benefits direct deposit to be eligible to open a Savings Account. Savings Account funds are withdrawn through the Premium Bank Account and transaction fees could reduce the interest earned on the Savings Account.

This is the worst checking app. If you have an unauthorized transaction, they cancel your card and you have no access to your money. You can not link any accounts to it to withdraw money to either. A replacement card gets sent and never shows up. Then another one, then another one. Them finally the card that's been cancelled shows up. I have gone over a month with no access to my funds. Do not open an account with this bank. It is horrible.

At first I liked it. I added a few dollars for my daughter to use. She needed to know how to use a debit card responsibly. There were no fees associated with the card. We didn't keep more than $30 at a time on it. This month the day after her chore money was added, they took $9.95 maintenance fee out. I emailed them 3 times prior asking about the fees due to an alert I had gotten. They never responded. I'm closing my account! They should have responded and I could've closed it before now.

getting really old with all the glitches on the app. the latest one is not being able to transfer money between accounts. tried emailing customer service... that's a joke, of course no response, no response from calling either, just a stupid machine. I have been with card premium since 2021, and there's always going wrong with the app. really considering going somewhere else.
