Ratings and reviews

Riders are fed up with constant long-distance pickups. Every pickup is 5km to 10km away. Please fix this. It’s becoming impossible to work and orders are getting delayed too.The reason for posting this review is in hope that someone at Careem will actually take action. This is a system issue, please resolve it.

Careem's app has been made very difficult for drivers right now, which is completely wrong. They have just set a fixed time, and the captain cannot work longer than that, but this is wrong. It shouldn't be like this.

App developers hi,rider here this app is really backward because how do riders and cyclist manage to have more than one captain ID,explain that to me,and how does one captain manage to make 25 -30 orders while others do only one with the same zone,shift,working hours..i get the feeling that the management only cares about the companys profit only,benchmark with brilliant competitors like smiles and talabat no spoofing no double IDs face verification should be implemented with this app!
