I would like to register myself as a driver on Careem. It has been over a month since I submitted all the required documents for registration, but unfortunately, my documents have not been approved yet. I have contacted the Careem helpline multiple times and raised complaints, but the issue still remains unresolved. I kindly request you to look into this matter and help expedite the approval process.

I am facing issues while signing into the Careem app. When I enter my phone number, I receive an error message saying "This is an invalid format of number" or something similar. I have tried multiple times, but the issue remains. Additionally, when I try to become a Careem Captain, the app asks me to sign in first. However, since I am already facing a sign-in issue, I am unable to proceed further. Please help me resolve this issue as soon as possible. Thank you I'm form Pakistan

This app is good but many features are bad they don't show set destination and they don't show which location customer will go ? May I know why this silly rules? And last is very important in careem there's option for pin why because of ur pin system many people using and paying monthly and even we standing near customer ride will goes to those using pin so I'll called careem app need to finish this option if they sincare for reliable service.hopefully careem wake up
