Worst application for package delivery. I have the AWB, and the market says it should be delivered today, but when I try to verify it on the application, it doesn't find the number. I tried the chat and also to contact the company, but it uses AI and verifies the number; I cannot contact any person. Also, the application disconnects me from time to time, the packages are loaded very late in the app, and the status is quite confusing.

Absolutely useless app. You can't even use it if you don't have an account. Why bother making an app that is worse than the website? On the website i can use the tracking number without an account. Also, every update or randomly logs me out. Don't bother using this app is not worth the time. Go use the website instead.

unusable notifications , unless you take your time to dig around in the settings to turn off all the marketing spam, notifications are useless. between 1 notification that a package has been picked up and it's being delivered 2 days later there are 8 , I kid you not , 8 spam notifications!
