Ratings and reviews

No one answers the phone and they say: use the app, it is easy to use. Wrong. The chat takes the longest time to load, they don't save the conversation you've had and if you exit the app during the chat, they just leave the chat in a second and you have to start a new one every time.

horrible. the app is totally useless and you cant actually contact anyone from this company. all they have is a chat with yes/no options and the call center is the same.

App crashes oftenly, freezes, stops working, live chat support is useless since it doesnt even work, slow app in general, goes the same for the deliveries
