Ratings and reviews

Worst application for package delivery. I have the AWB, and the market says it should be delivered today, but when I try to verify it on the application, it doesn't find the number. I tried the chat and also to contact the company, but it uses AI and verifies the number; I cannot contact any person. Also, the application disconnects me from time to time, the packages are loaded very late in the app, and the status is quite confusing.

Hints for your developers: 1. Timezone is important in Timeline (which you knew how to implement in Notifications) 2. "MM" is not the same as "mm" when formatting the time in Timeline. Besides that, all other 1-2 star reviews are true. You need better contracts with your couriers. They really like to pick up packages from warehouse just to bring them back at the end of the day, multiple days in a row then not answer their phone.

It's very difficult to install the app. However, after I installed it with the hope that I'll find out the approximate time when the courier will reach my house, so I won't stay the whole day at home, waiting to receive a paid packet, I found out: today. Nope, I can't get in touch with the driver and I just have to wait patiently the whole day. Nope, I can't redirect the delivery to a different location. Cargus, now I understand why everyone loves you.
