not helping at all. live chat is only with a robot and you cannot write anything other than yes/no and they finish the chat when they want. Furthermore, they do not have an email nor the call center where you can talk to an agent, they transfer you to a nonsense app. For my package I am waiting 23 days and every day they write 2-3 days more, plus in the app they put that it's "delivered", eventhough it is not. So, the summary is, your service is a big 0.

The app literally STOPS working when an update is pending. Crazy for something which is supposed to keep you up to date with your shipments!! My store updates are set to auto, but it doesn't make any difference. And unless you update the app, you can't even open it... let's say you must give a code to the delivery guy and you can NOT do that, because the app asks for the update! Such a useless app, horrible for what its goal is.

Absolutely worst company, I will never knowingly order anything by them again. They FORCE you to i stał this joke of an app, not giving you any other choice if you want to pick up your package, just so you will find out that you can register or log in with any email, even after verification code. Wasted 20 minutes trying to pick up my package, only to end up being unable to even register, log in, nothing. I will always warn people to not take anything from your service, congratulations
