The Princess Cruises app is your vacation guide and key to planning and unlocking experiences onboard.

Before you arrive, use this app to:

- Save time at the port by checking in and providing required travel documentation through our guided OceanReady® steps
- Make dining reservations at our main dining rooms and specialty restaurants
- Ensure you're getting the most out of your vacation by purchasing a Princess Plus® or Princess Premier® Package

Ratings and reviews

This is a TERRIBLE APP. IT IS WORSE THAN USELESS. For example it has a feature, "my journey." If you make a dinner reservation it is included on the journey. If you book an excursion through Princess, it is not included on "my Journey". Each day. the feature "ship schedule" shows the arrival time in each Port, but it does not show the port departure time. There are too many disappointments to mention.

App seems to work well for the most part but is unintuitive and seems to be intentionally designed to make you pay and upgrade to things without even giving you a price or more options. Specifically when you click on the packages link it takes you to a page with only one clickable link that simply says "Upgrade" the page has no other options nor does it include prices of the package or packages you may be signing up for. Afterwards there is no payment amount or way to cancel on the app.

the app has 1 redeeming feature the ability to locate where your cruise mates are. but this is hardly intuitive. the app is very clunky. you can't just jump to where you want to go you must navigate back to the main menu to go somewhere else. even buying a photo to download, I've you but the photo you can't download from the photo menu, you have to navigate to your account and find my photos where there you are finally able to download. event schedule kept glitching in short it sucks
