Carpay works with dealerships and finance companies to provide tools that make it easier for you to manage your auto loan. Carpay equips the lender with online, mobile apps, and automated phone systems so that you can always have access to your auto loan. We understand that you're busy, so our goal is to make it easy for you to stay on top of your loan and never fall behind.

UI is extremely lacking. It doesn't show how much is left to pay on your loan unless you go a roundabout way through receipts, and that amount is wrong and doesn't add up. Oh, and there is a $6 fee if you want to make additional payments outside your monthly auto payments. SIX DOLLARS! So if I want to drop 50 here or 80 there, I'd have to pay an additional 6 freaking dollars. So, making micro payments to get ahead isn't an option. Extremely disappointed. Isn't convenient or easy to use at all!

The only thing I don't like about this app is that I created my account several months ago and forgot my password . I have tried resetting it many times but have had no luck which is super annoying ! So because of that I have to login as a guest EVERY TIME and am not able to enroll in auto-pay or save my login info which is frustrating to say the least !! Aside from that it's been REALLY Great so I only took away 1 star 🌟 !!

Before the update and changes happened a while back the app was great. Every time you log in your payment amount changes sporadically. Now, there is no place to show your over all balance that you owe. Also the update erased all my receipts and proof of payments for the last 2+ years. luckily my car is paid off in October and I am done with this POS payment system that seems to be rigged to get more money out of people in my opinion.
