Extremely Unstable & Frustrating Experience The app crashes constantly during high market volatility and peak volume hours (especially during panic selling or heavy buying), making it impossible to execute timely trades. On top of that, login issues are a frequent headache. For an active trading platform where seconds matter, this level of performance is completely unacceptable. Highly disappointed and needs urgent fixing!

I dont know about other exchanges. This is my first exchange and i can say with no doubt that their customer service is slow. They will literally ignore your queries. And the other issue that I have faced is regarding withdrawal, i understand it takes time....but its been more then a week since i have processed withdrawal.And they are rejecting it again and again. At least respond in customer service to resolve issue

This is an absolutely pathetic app. Right when you need to make an urgent buy or sell, the app just dies and you can't even log in. The slightest bit of load on their servers and the app completely crashes. No amount of cursing is enough for this application.
