Extremely Unstable & Frustrating Experience The app crashes constantly during high market volatility and peak volume hours (especially during panic selling or heavy buying), making it impossible to execute timely trades. On top of that, login issues are a frequent headache. For an active trading platform where seconds matter, this level of performance is completely unacceptable. Highly disappointed and needs urgent fixing!

poor onboarding experience. multiple time reach out to the team but no response. I submitted documents and got confirmation email that one of our agent will contact you but no one contacted and still my account is not opened yet after waiting for long time and multiple requests. I was submitted my first application in march 2026 and now it's November started. now I have decided to move with the alternate. really pathetic experience...!

I dont know about other exchanges. This is my first exchange and i can say with no doubt that their customer service is slow. They will literally ignore your queries. And the other issue that I have faced is regarding withdrawal, i understand it takes time....but its been more then a week since i have processed withdrawal.And they are rejecting it again and again. At least respond in customer service to resolve issue
