Do not waste vour time with AKD Extremely disappointed by the overall lack of professional customer service, the persistent aziness in resolving concerns, and the misinformation. Despite my multiple attempts to reach out via email and WhatsApp, I only received automated bot responses or dismissive three-line emails. There has been absolutely no attempt to contact me by phone . address these matters properly.

Worst trading experience ever. The app is constantly lagging, freezing, and crashing, especially after recent updates. AKD seems more interested in charging commissions than actually improving their platform or customer experience. Customer support is slow and the technical issues never get properly resolved. Don’t try this broker if you don’t want unnecessary stress and headaches while trading. Very disappointing service.

I'm updating my review from 1 ⭐ to 4 ⭐, they have improved alot but need further improvement as the App is still hanging. My Previous Review: Stupid App and pathetic customers support services, would never recommend to anyone. The app crashes frequently during rush hour, bid can't be offered and auto log out.
