Whenever I try to place a trade, I get a message saying “Update app from Play Store”, even though there is no update available on the Play Store. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app many times, but the same message keeps appearing. Because of this issue, I am unable to place any trades. Please help me resolve this issue.

The helpline appears to serve no real purpose either the staff are unable to help or they are unwilling. I didn't receive any assistance for the issue I was facing despite making more than ten calls over the period of a month. While they repeatedly assured me over the phone that my issue would be resolved, no practical help was ever provided. They seem to be there only to receive calls, with no follow through or actual support. Unjustified "leading company" lebel.

Samsung Galaxy
Trading on this app has become extremely frustrating. Prices gets stuck, real-time orders are delayed, candle on main screens are not displaying, “no internet” warnings appear while other apps work fine. Few stocks technical and fundamental data are missing. It’s surprising AKD Securities is ranked top 10 on PSX. Customer support is poor. Calls go unanswered and no one responds. Authorities/Regulators should take immediate notice.
