The helpline appears to serve no real purpose either the staff are unable to help or they are unwilling. I didn't receive any assistance for the issue I was facing despite making more than ten calls over the period of a month. While they repeatedly assured me over the phone that my issue would be resolved, no practical help was ever provided. They seem to be there only to receive calls, with no follow through or actual support. Unjustified "leading company" lebel.

Want to report a complain about the mobile application version v.0.50.1225, although I can place my sell and purchase orders but could see the bottom menu which shown in v0.38.143 but as of today I could place order from this version. Now problem is I have to use both of these version parallel to place order and see the activities.

Almost everyday this app does not work until it is updated. Sometime you place order and message appear to update first. secondly you have to first delete the application and reinstall it as there is no option of update button.
