the bad outweighs the good. the good is the access. the bad is the terms. For example, I ordered an item which I had complained had not been delivered. i was then instructed by the automated message to get in touch with the seller to resolve this. the seller then told me I needed to contact the delivery company, FedEx, who then confirmed they had lost the order. I was told by catawiki that they had paid the seller and could not be reimbursed regardless of my buyers protection fee which i paid

SCAMMERS! You can't order something through them, pay them a commission and in the end not get any protection/support against an unfair seller! There are all sorts of unverified sellers who cheat you directly, despite Catawiki's advertising! Besides, the specialists give higher ratings to the delivered goods! Don't get involved!

An excellent portal to international art and objects. The customer support is unparalleled. Advocacy for disputes is taken seriously when needed, though the vetting of sellers is so good the need is low. Very glad to have started a relationship with this organization. My house and daily experiences are better for it.
