Misleading Payment Information – Be Cautious! The CBD app only shows the minimum payment due, but it does not clearly display the total amount required for full payment as per the statement. This can be very confusing for new credit card users, leading them to unknowingly carry forward a balance and incur unnecessary financial charges. If you're not careful, you might end up paying interest without realizing it. It's always better to rely on official bank statements instead of this app.

Dear dear team, This morning I tried to add a beneficiary but now the first option is not available before we can add the beneficiary and send the money at the same time. before other banks have not this option now other banks are very fast we can add the beneficiary and send the money is a same time but CBD made reverse. 4 hour waiting is too much. another feedback is this Visa card is not good because we cannot add online translation many times I tried I failed and I asked my 2 3 friends they

On the first few months i didn't experience any problems, but after i update this app i had some problem in transferring money few times it happened, then now that they changed my card that i need to activate, whenever I'm clicking the new card even the old card application keep on crushing.
