very disappointed about this bank we can do anything we have to be pay just now my bank account is blocked i dont how abd why i visit for branch guest experience also poor and he cut my 10 kd habibi 10 kd is too much for the worker useless

I updated the app yesterday and since then it does NOT work .. I tried to call the so called "support" and it was a total waste of time and effort .. they just repeat copy-paste replies or act as if they don't understand the problem .. the problem is YOUR APP DOES NOT WORK WHEN IT IS STARTED AND SIMPLY SHUT DOWN and an advice to customers: if you have a problem with the app don't call them .. it's just a frustrating experience with no real tech support or results .. it's just a waste of time
