poor service! I can't open an account and it has to be through the app! it doesn't send the authentication to PACI (Kuwait Mobile ID), it keeps asking to call the bank to open the new account, and nobody helps on the other side as it should be through the mobile app! a horrible experience!!

The last update on May 13, 2026 is not optimized to work on foldable phones. The layout of the graphics is also inconvenient. The previous version was more friendly and organized. Still the second update is not compatible with foldable phones. You need to optimize the application to be compatible with different types of phones. The icons layout is not good and overlapping which makes it look very bad on the screen.

worst bank ever they charge you for every thing even for using this app you gonna have to issue an invisible useless card and pay 10 kd every year for it and guess what its mandatory you have no option to refuse it
