Ratings and reviews

When I get disconnected from the app due to the internet connection and other external things, I am forced to log into the app again leading to another pop-up saying that a current session exists. It is highly inconvenient and it would be recommended to remove this pop-up to streamline the re-logging in process. Most importantly, the OTPs take too long to send or don’t send at all. I’ve had to resend the code a lot of times with different ref nos and still the same. Please fix these issues ASAP.

Before it won't let me any type anything, tapping on the blank to put in my username does not pull up my keyboard. Was able to work around this error by uninstalling and reinstalling every single time whenever I try to access my online banking. Now, its saying bothy devices are unlisted! This app is really degrading over time. Its really becoming. More and more inconvenient. Another thing, my credentials in the app does not work on the web, so how do I unregister my 'linked devices'

Useless app. It's always the same error – 'There seems to be a problem connecting to server. Please check your internet connection and try again.' My internet connection is not the problem as my other apps working fine on the same wifi. Tried to uninstall and reinstall the app and still the same. Can't also reach to any customer service no sense of urgency. Another thing, can't even register on the web banking.
