If you are not registered for online banking , you can now register on www.ajmanbank.ae and create your user id and password. The same user id and password will be used for mobile banking.

My experience with Ajman Bank has been very disappointing. I requested a simple credit card limit reduction and followed up multiple times through calls and even visiting the branch, yet nothing has been resolved. Other banks handled similar requests on the same day, but Ajman Bank has been unresponsive and slow. Very poor service and lack of customer support.

Very bad experience with Ajman Bank. They deducted 25 AED from my account without any clear reason or description. It showed cash withdrawal by cheque, even though I never issued any cheque. The helpline is not really free, and they treat this as a small issue, wasting your balance unnecessarily. No transparency, no proper support. I do not recommend Ajman Bank. Very disappointing service.

For days now I have been unable to access my account. The application keeps displaying an error message. All of this started after I updated the application. This is so frustrating.
